As a Lead Hand, you will oversee the grooming operations for Hidden Valley Ski Resort. Responsibilities include managing snow-making cooperation and ensuring safety protocols while addressing public inquiries. This role combines your passion for the outdoors with technical skills to maintain and improve recreational trails.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snow grooming machines and coordinate grooming operations
• Inspect and maintain grooming equipment regularly
• Address public inquiries and safety concerns effectively




• Assist with troubleshooting equipment during operations
• Perform daily checks and report maintenance needs
Requirements:
• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety policies
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment operating experience
• Ability to work in diverse winter weather conditions
• Experience in administrative tasks and record keeping
• Capability to manage and lead a maintenance crew
