We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to support our Primary Care services. This role integrates with regional health authorities and community partners to deliver ethical and effective therapies. You will work directly with patients to create and implement tailored care plans that align with their personal health goals, utilizing best practices as defined by the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the interprofessional team on care plans
• Provide clinical follow-up based on individual goals
• Deliver safe and competent physiotherapy services




• Support health optimization across various community settings
• Participate in ongoing interprofessional training and development
Requirements:
• Must be a registered Physiotherapist in British Columbia
• Knowledge of interprofessional practices and primary care
• Strong communication and cooperative skills
• Commitment to ethical patient care
• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00
