Lead Android Developer

to join a high-performing mobile engineering team responsible for delivering features used by millions of customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Android engineer who enjoys remaining hands‑on while also providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and influencing engineering best practices across a large-scale enterprise environment. What You’ll Be Doing

Design, develop and maintain native Android applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Android developers. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX teams, QA engineers and backend development teams. Drive code quality, application performance and engineering standards. Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions. Support the delivery of new digital banking capabilities within a fast-paced agile setting. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of a modern Android platform. Required Experience

Advanced knowledge of:



Kotlin Jetpack Compose Java XML Experience leading development initiatives or mentoring other engineers. Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and best practices. Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have

Banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience. Published Android applications or experience managing Play Store releases. Experience supporting large‑scale consumer‑facing mobile applications. We’re Looking For Someone Who
