Enhance our Talent and Insights team at Lightspeed as a Workday Specialist focused on Talent Insights and Reporting. This role is critical in supporting data-driven decision-making via insightful reporting and effective data management.

This full-time, 18-month temporary position requires a skilled with over three years of hands-on experience in the Workday ecosystem. You’ll design and maintain custom reports across various modules, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating closely with HR and Finance teams. Your expertise will help enrich the employee experience by delivering meaningful insights and strategic recommendations based on workforce data.

Key Responsibilities:



• Create and maintain custom reports within Workday modules • Implement data quality checks and audits regularly • Design audit reports in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Guide stakeholders on reporting capabilities and best practices • Promote data literacy through training sessions

Requirements: • 3+ years in Workday reporting with large datasets • Proficiency in Complex Calculated Fields for reporting • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) • Proven experience with high-stakes report management • Understanding of HR lifecycles and metrics
