The successful candidate will manage operations in an enterprise mission-critical data center. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, hardware installations, and vendor supervision. You'll act as the primary contact for clients and ensure smooth operations during scheduled shifts, maintaining a focus on efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to incident engagements and maintenance requests
• Ensure ticketing system requests are updated efficiently
• Perform hardware upgrades and troubleshooting tasks
• Manage deliveries and inventory of equipment
• Communicate client demands and vendor equipment details
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with computer operating systems and hardware
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotation
