THE ROLE

- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, seasonal, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
- Develop and maintain a sophisticated client network by leveraging clienteling tools and building long-term relationships through meaningful, personalized communication and service
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Thom Browne collections, brand heritage, and craftsmanship to provide clients with tailored recommendations across all product categories
- Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the client experience through styling, cross-selling, and storytelling, staying attuned to emerging client needs
- Communicate valuable insights on client preferences, product performance,



and market trends to drive sales
- Ensure operational excellence by managing product flow, maintaining internal control standards, and supporting seamless service delivery to drive sales performance

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury retail or a high-touch client service environment
- Ability to source prospective clients through authentic outreach and strategic engagement
- Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management, product knowledge, selling techniques, and effective communication
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Confident, polished, and entrepreneurial; capable of excelling both independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Passionate representative of the Thom Browne world
