Key Responsibilities:
• Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Reconcile vendor and credit card statements




• Create and distribute billing invoices to customers
• Assist with grain load data entry and scheduling
• Perform general office and grounds tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in full cycle accounts payable and receivable
• Post-secondary education in Ag or Accounting desirable
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online or FeedIT software
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills required
