As a vital part of the YMCA team, you will engage proactively with children, implement educational activities, and ensure a safe environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement high-quality programming and provide feedback
• Maintain a clean and enjoyable workplace for children
• Foster conflict resolution and self-esteem in kids




• Develop open communication with staff and stakeholders
• Follow YMCA policies and participate in team teaching
Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Police Record check required
