Reporting to the Manager of Women's Ambulatory Clinics, you will perform various clerical duties essential for unit efficiency. This role demands accurate data entry for registrations, manage transport functions, and handle supply orders. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute data entry for in-patient and out-patient registration
• Manage transport functions according to IWK Health policies
• Order and maintain necessary office supplies
• Coordinate Point Pleasant Lodge reservations
• Arrange shift coverage as needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Solid keyboarding and data entry skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
• Flexibility to work additional shifts preferred
