Are you a bold, driven chef ready to run a kitchen in one of Whistler’s most iconic après-ski and nightlife venues?

What You Bring to the Table

- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to excellence in both food and teamwork
- Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
- Familiarity with tools like Bevspot, POS, and kitchen management systems
- Red Seal certification (or equivalent) is a bonus — but not required
- Passion for delivering bold flavors and a memorable guest experience

Your Days Will Look Like

- Oversee daily kitchen operations across all services and events
- Lead and mentor a high-performing culinary team
- Develop seasonal, guest-focused menus using fresh, local ingredients
- Maintain high standards in food safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage food and labour budgets with an eye on both efficiency and excellence
- Work cross-functionally with FOH and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution
- Jump in on the line when needed - this is a hands-on leadership role
