Key Responsibilities
- Rough prototyping for processes and products.
- Fabricating by applying appropriate welding techniques.
- Testing and calibrating parts, equipment and mechanisms using various methods to meet and verify tolerances and product specifications.
- Performing yard and building maintenance.
- Love to work in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Show up to work each day ready to work hard and enjoy your day.
- Adhere to health & safety — we all go home safe at the end of the day.
Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour

Requirements
Required Skills
- Prototyping experience is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years welding experience (MIG) preferred
- Hydraulic and electrical experience
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and be a self-starter who can work well with limited supervision
- Assembly experience is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to “think on your feet”
- Excellent communication skills
- An eye for detail
- A desire to learn
- Knowledge of farm equipment is an asset
- Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time, lifting 50 pounds, and bending

Hours: Here at Jaylor you would be working day shifts, in-office, Monday through Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm & Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay: $31.00 – 36.00 per hour (We offer competitive wages based on skill and experience)
Work Location: This role requires you to work in person at our main location, located at th Line, Orton ON.
