Role Description
This is a full‑time, hybrid role for an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator based in Oakville, ON. This role is focused on administration, accuracy,
order coordination, product data maintenance, and marketplace support. The successful candidate will help ensure that orders, product information, and marketplace activities run smoothly across multiple channels. You will work closely with the E‑commerce Lead, Sales, Operations, warehouse partners, and third‑party marketplace support teams to execute established processes, flag issues, and keep our e‑commerce operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage e-commerce and B2B orders, including manual order entry whenrequired
- Coordinate with warehouse and 3PL partners to supporttimelyfulfillment
- Monitor order status and proactively flag issues to internal teams
- Assist with fulfillment exceptions, including backorders, address corrections, cancellations, and order delays
B2B Customer Support
- Respond to a small volume of daily B2B customer inquiries
- Provide order status updates, product availability information and pricing confirmations
- Escalate complex, non-standard, or sensitive issues to theappropriate internalteam member
Product Data & PIM Management
- Maintain and update product information in our PIM system,Plytix
- Update attributes, images, specifications and compliance fields
- Ensure product information isaccurate, consistent, and up to date
- Support data maintenance and quality control (no KSU creation or copywriting required)
Marketplace Operations
- Support day‑to‑day marketplace operations across Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart and Best Buy
- Assistwith product uploads, content updates, price updates, portal maintenance, case management, and compliance tasks
- Work within established SOPs while flagging issues or process gaps
- Coordinate with third‑party marketplace support partners whererequired
Cross-Functional Support & Reporting
- Use Excel regularly for tracking, reconciliation, data review, and basic reporting
- Identifyrecurring issues, errors, or inefficiencies and raise them with the E‑commerce Lead
- Support administrative and operational tasks across the sales and e‑commerce teams as needed
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, administration, marketplace support, order management, or a related role
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or Best Buy is an asset
- Experience with a PIM system is an asset;Plytixexperience is notrequired
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
- Comfortable following SOPs whileidentifyingand flagging process gaps
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, warehouse, and e-commerce teams
The salary range for this job is: $55,000 - 60,000 CAD
