As an Archaeological Field Director for TMHC, you will supervise critical aspects of archaeological research and fieldwork while adhering to professional standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Fieldwork including excavation and surveys
• Ensure compliance with 2011 Standards and Guidelines
• Guarantee quality control over archaeological data
• Cultivate qualified relationships with community representatives
• Mentor the archaeological field crew effectively
Requirements:
• Valid Applied Research Licence from MCM
• 2+ years in archaeological field directing roles
• Proven detail orientation with task execution
• Ability to work outdoors on challenging terrain
