Elevate your event planning skills as a part-time Conference and Events Coordinator with the Association of Community Legal Clinics of Ontario in Toronto. Help coordinate regional conferences and learning events in a hybrid working environment.
This 12-month contract position, averaging 20 hours per week, is ideal for someone with a diploma in event management or project administration. Key responsibilities include managing logistics for conferences, coordinating with vendors, and supporting participant communications. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to ensure high-quality delivery of learning activities across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for four in-person regional conferences
• Manage vendor quotations and budget reconciliation
• Support registration processes and participant communication




• Maintain attendance records and evaluate event outcomes
• Collaborate with Regional Conference Committees on learning priorities
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in event management or related field
• Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and event management systems
• Knowledge of the community legal clinic system is an asset
