What You’ll Do:

- Set up, operate, and maintain folder/gluer machinery
- Interpret job tickets and ensure correct materials and tooling are used
- Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure accuracy, alignment, and glue integrity
- Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust settings for optimal performance
- Work closely with production team to meet timelines and reduce waste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You Bring:





- 5+ years experience operating folder/gluer equipment (e.g., Bobst, Jagenberg, Vega, etc.)
- Strong understanding of packaging converting processes
- Ability to read and follow job specs, layouts, and production sheets
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with machine adjustments
- Attention to detail, robust quality focus, and reliable work habits
- Desire to build a long‑term career with opportunities to grow

Shifts Available:

- Monday to Thursday — 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Monday to Thursday — 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
