As a Meat Wrapper, you will report to the Meat Supervisor and play a vital role in customer interactions, assisting with inquiries and effectively managing product displays. You'll ensure the packaging and quality of meat are maintained while following safety regulations and contributing to an organized department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service in meat department
• Maintain stock levels and attractive product displays
• Handle merchandise to minimize damages and uphold quality
• Conduct general cleanup and sanitizing of the area
• Order and receive merchandise following correct procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 9 education or equivalent experience
• Related retail experience with customer service
• Fluent in English (CLBA score 5+)
• Previous experience in meat wrapping preferred
• Knowledge of ordering and receiving procedures
