As a Clinical Educator, your main responsibilities include developing and delivering orientation programs for regulated and unregulated staff. You will lead hands-on training sessions and validate clinical competencies to ensure high standards of patient care. Collaborating with operational leaders, you will also identify learning needs, promote continuous improvement, and support onboarding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver educational programs for nursing staff
• Conduct bedside teaching and practical training
• Monitor clinical competencies and ensure safety standards
• Facilitate experiential learning through simulations
• Support staff through mentorship and coaching
Requirements:
• Current RN or RPN certification required
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience
• BCLS/CPR certification essential
• Background in clinical education or staff development
• Familiarity with quality improvement principles
