This position, part of the Infrastructure Division, involves supporting Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance on various projects. Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager, you will conduct safety orientations, perform equipment inspections, and monitor safety performance metrics. Your role is crucial in fostering a safety-first culture and implementing effective management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety orientations for site workers and visitors
• Monitor equipment inspection processes and documentation
• Track and report on safety performance trends




• Support emergency preparedness strategies and behavioral safety
• Contribute to HSE meetings for continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Mandatory NCSO Certificate or higher
• 2-5 years of experience in safety management
• Familiarity with HSE Management Systems
• Competence with MS Office Suite and reporting tools
• Understanding of construction principles and practices
