This full-time Pilot Instructor position requires conducting both in-flight and ground sessions, crafting lesson plans, and assessing student performance. You will also coordinate with staff to ensure productive scheduling and perform necessary aircraft maintenance checks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach advanced NVG and mountain training modules
• Create and implement custom lesson plans for students




• Assess and monitor student performance in-flight
• Maintain comprehensive student records and logs
• Conduct safety inspections of training aircraft
Requirements:
• Minimum 3000 flight hours with significant operational practice
• Certifications on Bell 407, AS350 – H125, EC120
• Experience instructing in aviation settings
• Team-oriented and proactive work attitude
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
