Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Vacancy: 1

Wage: $24.04-$25 /hour

Working Condition: 35 – 40 hours a week.

Working Location: 6007 West Blvd Vancouver, British Columbia V6M 3X2

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of current sales staff and monitor and report on performance.

Requirements

- Completion of secondary school.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in the retail sales field.
