We provide clinical consultation, diagnostic services, and treatment. We're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Lethbridge, Alberta. What You’ll Do
- Provide physician-prescribed oxygen and respiratory therapy at clients' homes, including assessments, education, documentation, and follow-up for equipment performance and compliance where applicable
- Deliver and exchange equipment, which may involve lifting up to 60lbs and long-distance travel for home visits
- Conduct respiratory equipment in-service training with various community partners.
- Perform initial oxygen set-up for clients discharged from a health care facility, and conduct regular follow-up assessments for oxygen therapy as per physician order
- Conduct in-office consultations and comprehensive sleep therapy assessments with patients, ensuring high patient interaction and support
- Communicate effectively with physicians, administrative staff, managers, and directors
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) designation required
- Experience or knowledge in Oxygen Therapy is preferred; familiarity with PAP (Positive Airway Pressure) Therapy is a plus.
- Class 5 Driver’s License required.
- Professional and friendly interpersonal skills with strong customer service values and communication skills.
- Good time management skills, ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, assess situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- The ability to quickly learn and understand various processes in a constantly changing environment.
