Wakefield is seeking a Supply Chain ERP Functional Analyst for a contract role focusing on Transportation, Warehousing, and Logistics. Play a key role in ERP implementation and user adoption.
This position supports Wakefield's ERP transformation initiative, requiring collaboration with various teams to optimize operations. Your extensive knowledge in logistics and distribution will enable you to assist in process documentation, testing, and user training. You will drive the project's success while addressing potential gaps and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in process design workshops with stakeholders
• Assist in developing and executing UAT
• Support creation of standard operating procedures




• Document process flows and operational needs
• Act as a champion for user adoption and engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related fields
• 3-5 years' experience in transportation and warehousing
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Bilingual (English and French) preferred
