What You'll Do

As a Café Clerk, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every customer by:

- Greeting customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately
- Preparing a variety of coffee and espresso beverages using manual and electric equipment
- Sharing your knowledge of our café menu and helping customers choose products they'll love
- Preparing fresh sandwiches, baked goods, gelato, and other café offerings
- Restocking display cases and maintaining attractive product presentations
- Keeping the café clean, organized, and inviting by sanitizing equipment, clearing tables,



and maintaining dining areas
- Promoting Italian Centre Shop products and services
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Promoting Italian Centre Shop products and services

- Working collaboratively in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Performing other duties as required

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically have:

- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year of café or coffee shop experience (preferred)

- Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
- Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Schedule

This is a Full-Time position.

Applicants must be available:

- Monday through Sunday
- Shifts scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 9:15 p.m.
- Morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required

Physical Requirements

This position involves:

- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
- Lifting and moving products as part of daily café operations
