- Provide coaching for parents and caregivers on effective learning strategies and techniques as appropriate for each client.
- Complete all associated data collection and documentation of the intervention in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and community partners.

- Seek input from colleagues and share information and ideas to enhance team functioning and provide clinical direction for individual clients.
- Actively engage in parent coaching, deliver education workshops, and coordinate transfer of learning with schools.

Qualifications

- A diploma in Autism Behavioral Sciences is a strong asset; however, an Early Childhood Education diploma or degree, Child and Youth Worker Diploma, and/or Psychology degree will be considered.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Outstanding organizational capacity.
- Training and knowledge in ABA and evidence‑based interventions to reduce maladaptive behavior is required.
