Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor service requests and respond to calls promptly
• Perform light fixture cleaning and change maintenance




• Assist with preventative and electrical maintenance operations
• Conduct plumbing repairs and general repairs
• Complete routine HVAC inspections and water treatment testing
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in building maintenance
• Mechanical aptitude for Building Automation Systems
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation
