In this leadership role, you will synthesize your software engineering background with platform engineering expertise to shape our Internal Developer Platform. You will mentor a team, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and implement modern practices to enhance cloud-native applications and AI workloads. Your aim is to improve the developer experience for all teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and evolution of scalable Internal Developer Platform • Architect production-grade Kubernetes platforms for microservices • Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD and KEDA • Build developer portals using Backstage for service onboarding • Champion platform governance with policy-as-code using Kyverno
Requirements: • 5+ years in software development and platform engineering • Proven experience with Kubernetes in production • Hands-on with Argo CD, KEDA, and Backstage • Strong CI/CD pipeline experience • Mentor platform engineering teams effectively
