We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as a Project Controls Coordinator in Toronto, ON (hybrid). This is not an IT role. The successful candidate will have experience in project coordination, project administration, or project controls within a construction, engineering, manufacturing, or similar project-based environment.

Responsibilities

- Support project progress tracking through meetings, email follow-ups, and regular team updates.
- Maintain project trackers, action logs, status reports, and other project control tools.
- Support the change management process and assist with cost tracking, actual vs budget updates, and forecast inputs under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Support preparation of project and portfolio status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Help ensure project information is accurate, organized,



and available to support decision-making.

Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project controls in an engineering, construction, or manufacturing project environment.
- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent work experience in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, Administration, Science, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive written communication skills, including meeting minutes, action logs, and status updates.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently with guidance and to elevate issues when needed.

Note

Annual salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $70,000, based on experience.
