Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000/yearly
About The Current Open Role
Are you ahighly organized professional with a knack for logistics and a passion forkeeping things moving? As our Fleet Operations Coordinator , you willtake the wheel of the operational management for our Short-Term Leasing (STL) fleet. Your primary mission is simple but critical: minimize vehicle downtimeand ensure our assets are maintained, repaired, inspected, and returned to RevenueReady status as swiftly as possible.
This role isthe heartbeat of our fleet's efficiency. You will coordinate repairs, managevital vendor relationships, oversee customer damage recovery, and ensurevehicles designated for sale are processed seamlessly.

What We're Looking For
- Monitorall Out of Service (OOS) vehicles daily, aggressively pushing to keep theactive OOS fleet below our target of 3%.
- Reviewreturned and inspected vehicles to determine required work. Coordinatemaintenance, reconditioning, warranty work, and inspections, keepingaverage repair cycle times under 7 days.
- Developand maintain strong working relationships with repair facilities, transportation providers, internal departments, and auction partners. Holdvendors accountable to meeting a 90% Service Level Agreement (SLA) target.
- Ensure100% of customer-responsible damage is accurately documented, approved,and billed. Maximize warranty recovery opportunities to control operatingcosts.
- Off-roadvehicles in Rencentric once approved for sale, complete and monitor PAVE inspections, and maintain the OPENLANE Portal and Salesforce cases with high attention to detail.
- Supportthe STL Rental Team during peak operational seasons and high-demandperiods.
- Approvemaintenance repairs and standard reconditioning, approve standard tirereplacements, process customer damage chargebacks, and manage day-to-dayvendor communications.
What You'll Bring
- Solid understanding of fleetoperations, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes.
- Hands-on experience or strongfamiliarity with fleet management systems.
- Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills with a proven track record of managing vendor performanceand providing top-tier customer service.
- Strong organizational andtime-management skills, financial awareness, and a sharp eye for detail. Youaren't easily fazed by operational challenges like limited repair networkcapacity or peak-season demands.
- An appetite for professionaldevelopment, with an interest in expanding your skills in advanced Salesforceanalytics, fleet lifecycle management, or telematics systems.
