Step Forward ABA is looking for dedicated individuals to fill Behavior Technician roles. This position focuses on empowering children by enhancing social skills, communication, and personal growth. You’ll implement behavior plans tailored to each child’s unique needs while collecting accurate data and maintaining thorough records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work one-on-one with children using fun ABA activities
• Teach skills for improved communication and independence
• Implement and adjust individualized behavior plans
• Restructure environments to foster positive behaviors
• Collect and maintain daily progress notes and records
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• RBT Certification preferred, or complete within 30 days
• Pass a National Criminal Background check
• Experience in childcare or related fields preferred
