In this role you will manage, and direct the workload of the Service Dept for maximum efficiency/productivity & a commitment to exceptional customer service. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will help deliver quality work in a friendly and cooperative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

- Schedule all service jobs for techs to optimize efficiency
- Motivate all employees through coaching/development
- Back up Service Business Mgr
- Assist in diagnosis/troubleshooting of equipment
- Perform final approvals on equipment
- Exceptional customer service & follow up
- Assist in quoting repairs & maintaining records
- Build effective team dynamics with all departments
- Encourage safe working habits

Requirements

- Operate vehicles/equipment used for diagnostics




- 5+ years doing complex repairs
- Lift up to 40lbs repeatedly; 40-75lbs on occasion
- Work flexible hours/varying shifts/weekends/holidays
- Valid drivers license
- Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Cert/equivalent
- Expert knowledge of ag equipment
- Effectively use computers/systems
- Must be legally entitled to work in CA
