As a Branch Manager, you will support Advisors in a dynamic environment and drive the execution of firm objectives set by the Director of National Sales. Your expertise will be essential in team recruitment, trade supervision, and managing compliance within a busy brokerage. Candidates can apply as either producing or non-producing managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute firm initiatives and objectives effectively
• Recruit advisor teams that align with company standards
• Supervise daily and monthly trading activities
• Review and approve current account documentation
• Monitor financials for Branch and Advisors
Requirements:
• University degree is mandatory
• CIRO licensed as Registered Representative and Branch Manager
• Minimum 3 years in full-service brokerage
• Proven recruitment and compliance supervision success
• Strong communication and organizational skills
