In this position, you will work collaboratively in the 24/7 outreach program, providing necessities like food and winter clothing. Focused on client well-being, your support will be pivotal in connecting individuals to resources and addressing health-related emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate access to shelter, clothing, and harm reduction supplies
• Monitor client safety and respond to emergencies
• Operate outreach vehicles to reach community members




• Document critical incidents and maintain confidentiality
• Advocate for clients needing access to services
Requirements:
• Experience in human services, particularly with homelessness
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and criminal record check
• Knowledge of harm reduction strategies
• Certifications in CPR and Mental Health First Aid
• Understanding of diverse populations and cultures
Engage actively in improving lives and promoting health equity with Main Street Project.
