Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain detailed construction cost estimates • Perform thorough evaluations of project specifications • Advise on effective value engineering and cost management • Manage supplier contracts and client communications • Conduct price benchmarking and data analysis
Requirements: • Over 7 years’ experience in cost consultancy • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent • CIQS/RICS membership is an asset • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills • Proficient in estimating tools and Microsoft Office Suite
