Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and develop the Assembly team for efficiency
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture on the floor




• Ensure compliance with Quality Standards for all output
• Collaborate to identify and resolve production challenges
Requirements:
• Degree or significant experience in manufacturing
• Requires 5 years in a production setting
• Proven supervisory skills in a union environment
• Deep knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
