Position Summary

Provides timely, quality, cost effective maintenance for FedEx Express vehicle fleet and ground support equipment which requires preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications and documentation.

Essential Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- At least 3 years of fleet, automotive, or truck vehicle maintenance experience.
- Automotive Service Technician or Truck & Coach Technician certification.
- Completed vehicle apprentice program with certified diploma.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Working knowledge of service garage equipment, testing equipment, gauges and tools normally associated with troubleshooting and repair of gasoline, diesel, and propane equipment.
- Basic electronic troubleshooting skills.
- Complete set of hand tools including metric sizes.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy vehicle components above 70 lbs with the help of appropriate lifting mechanical assistance.
- Basic Inter/Intranet, MS Office, Word, Outlook knowledge preferred.
- Must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment and complete mandatory training and maintain annual accreditations if applicable.
- Must be bilingual (French and English) if residing in Quebec.

Shift/Hours





5x8 with 12pm start Monday to Friday OR 4x10 (Tuesday off) with 10am start time (candidate's choice).
