Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents with day-to-day activities
• Observe and communicate residents' health changes
• Document care and report significant observations
• Adapt care for residents facing communication barriers
• Ensure a safe care environment through vigilance
Requirements:
• Certification from a Government of Alberta approved program
• Registration in the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
• Previous experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility
• Team-oriented with a commitment to professionalism
