About the Role

Join our compassionate team at Baptist Housing’s Kelowna communities. In this role, you will deliver person‑centred care, working with a dedicated team to improve residents’ quality of life. As an LPN, you’ll:

- Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive care and support for complex cases.
- Administer medications, conduct assessments, and create individualized care plans.
- Promote wellness through innovative programs that enhance physical and emotional well‑being.
- Utilize technology such as Point‑Click Care and EMAR to maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records.
- Demonstrate ministry values and servant leadership principles to build trust and positive relationships.

Requirements

- Graduate of a recognised school of nursing.
- Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
- Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.
- Experience in long‑term care or assisted living preferred.
- Availability to work consistent shifts, including weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 – $41.35, as detailed in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.

Baptist Housing communities include the Village at Sun Pointe and Mill Creek Village, located in the heart of the beautiful Okanagan Valley.
