Kickstart your career in automotive sales by supporting experienced Senior Sales Consultants while learning every aspect of the sales process.This role combines hands-on customer service, vehicle preparation, administrative support, and product training to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to advance into a Sales Consultant position.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers and assist in creating an outstanding dealership experience.
- Prepare vehicles for demonstrations and deliveries.
- Support customer appointments, test drives, follow-up, and delivery coordination.
- Assist with sales documentation, CRM updates, and communication with finance and administration.
- Learn GM products, technology,



and current programs while participating in sales presentations and negotiations.
