Homewood Ravensview is hiring a Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Registered Nurse to help shape the future of mental health care. Your role will involve performing detailed assessments and guiding treatment plans while working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. You will engage patients through counseling and develop effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop patient and family-centered care models
• Assess mental health and addiction risks effectively
• Provide crisis intervention and support




• Analyze patient data to create intervention plans
• Facilitate group therapy and educational sessions
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Two years in mental health/substance use settings
• Registration with British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Knowledge of mental disorders and recovery practices
