As a Bell & Valet Attendant, you will be the face of the hotel for our guests. You'll assist them with their luggage, ensure safe parking of vehicles, and guide guests to their rooms while explaining suite amenities. Your role also involves helping maintain the lobby's inviting atmosphere and delivering guest communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide luggage assistance to incoming guests
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Escort guests to their accommodations and explain features
• Deliver key messages and packages promptly
• Ensure the lobby area remains tidy and welcoming
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Capability to lift and handle up to 35 kg
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and abstract required
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends
