Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site deskside support across various locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve a range of IT service requests
• Manage user account lifecycle within Microsoft 365




• Deploy hardware and manage its complete lifecycle
• Document work accurately in the ticketing system
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP principles
• Valid Ontario G2 driver’s license required
