In this role within AdeptAg’s JM Control Systems, you will assist daily financial operations and maintain accurate records. The Accounting Assistant collaborates closely with the finance team on reconciliation, invoicing, and operational accounting. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with inventory tracking and data maintenance
• Verify and enter vendor invoices for accounts payable
• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices timely




• Compile monthly and year-end financial reports
• Support audits and compliance documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred
• Experience with invoicing and inventory accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
