Regency Toyota Parts & Service is looking for a Red Seal Automotive Technician who is interested in long-term career growth in the automotive service industry. DUTIES:

- Keep up-to-date with information posted on info stream
- Perform maintenance and mechanical repair as required
- Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical problems
- Identify the correct component to be replaced
- Maintain a clean and organized working setting
- Provide CCR that are clear and self-explanatory
- Review service history and recommend needed services to guests
- Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and its associated service requirements
- Write and verify accurate repair orders (CCR, mileage, service recommendations, etc.)




- Communicate effectively additional service requirements to service advisors and guests
- Perform additional duties as instructed by Service Manager or Assistant Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Multiple years of industry experience is an asset
- Hybrid technician skills are an asset
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English. Additional language is an asset
- Working knowledge of Quorum is an asset but not mandatory
- Track record of high sales performance with excellent CSI scores
- High School Diploma
- Ability to type more than 35 words per minute an asset
- Class 5 Driver License with a clean driving record
