Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assist with trademark applications
• Handle requests and objections from trademark offices
• Submit additions to the Goods and Services Manual




• Maintain up-to-date records in the Intellectual Property database
• Monitor due dates and send reminders to clients
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in law or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant trademark experience
• Strong knowledge of Nice Classification
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and bilingualism preferred
