In this associate role within the Corporate & Investment Bank, you will manage accounting processes for Private Equity funds and ensure compliance with internal policies. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing valuations, and managing capital activities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams while meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines and managing audits.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain accurate books and records for Private Equity funds • Prepare and review periodic Net Asset Valuations and financial statements • Calculate and reconcile capital call and distribution payments • Manage investor communications and quarterly reporting • Oversee the year-end process and handle audit requests

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • 3+ years’ accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or PE firm • Knowledge of US GAAP and Private Equity structures • Robust analytical skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Excel
