As the CCO, you will play an essential role in strengthening the governance framework and compliance controls within our investment dealer firm. This position requires a proactive leader who can collaborate effectively with various teams while embodying the culture of accountability. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, making a meaningful impact on our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead compliance program development and implementation • Ensure compliance with securities laws and internal guidelines • Provide compliance advice to leadership and operational teams • Engage stakeholders in promoting ethical decision-making • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in Investment Dealer, 3 years in compliance • In-depth knowledge of securities regulations and obligations • Proven leadership skills in compliance environments • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities • CIRO CCO exam completion or active CCO registration
