Uncle Wiener’s Wholesale is looking for an experienced, hands‑on leader to manage our 300,000+ sq. ft. distribution centre in Edmonton, Alberta

This is not a desk‑only management position. We need someone who can take ownership of a large, fast-moving operation and lead from the floor

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing our warehouse and distribution teams
- Improving receiving, picking, packing and shipping performance
- Managing container unloading and product flow
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe facility
- Improving inventory accuracy and warehouse systems
- Establishing clear expectations, accountability and performance standards
- Identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions
- Supporting the continued growth of our retail store network





We are looking for someone with proven experience managing a large warehouse, distribution centre or high‑volume logistics operation

The right person will be organized, decisive, accountable and comfortable managing people in a demanding environment. They must be able to balance daily execution with long‑term operational improvement
