Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clerical and office tasks seamlessly
• Manage records, databases, and financial tracking
• Organize meetings and prepare necessary documentation
• Facilitate internal and external communications
• Assist with budgeting and reconciliation processes
Requirements:
• High school diploma with administrative studies certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong detail orientation and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of cultural issues impacting First Nations
