As a member of the Long-term Care team, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to ensure quality care. Your responsibilities will include performing health assessments, administering medications, and adhering to the Standards of Practice outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough patient assessments and care planning
• Administer oral and injectable medications safely




• Collaborate with the healthcare team for effective care delivery
• Uphold the standards set by BCCNM in your practice
• Document and maintain patient care records accurately
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license from BCCNM
• Experience in nursing, especially in long-term care
• Robust grasp of medication protocols
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 23:00
