In this role, you will support customers and sales teams through machinery optimization and training sessions. Your responsibilities include visiting customer sites, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring customers effectively operate their machines. Collaborating with the Precision Technology Department will further enhance service delivery and equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze optimization needs for customer machinery
• Manage in office optimization visits with step-by-step guidance




• Provide comprehensive training on equipment use and safety practices
• Liaise with the Sales Team on job scheduling and feedback
• Conduct internal training on the latest product developments
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12; relevant agriculture certifications preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in agricultural environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
